Blog: Inspired self-starters

I love “mom n’ pop” businesses. It might be out of fashion to call it that – but in my mind that’s what I call them. Maybe because my mom and “pop” owned their own businesses for more than 30 years in the small town I grew up in. I don’t call these businesses “small” because for the people who own and operate them, and for the communities they serve, they are anything but small – they are huge. In this blog I will explore these ambitious enterprises.
